1. The service we provide
MyAcademicMentors offers academic mentoring, writing support, proofreading and research assistance to university students globally. The materials we produce are intended as study aids, model work, and reference materials to support your learning.
2. Academic integrity
You are responsible for how you use our work. Submitting purchased materials as entirely your own may breach your university's academic integrity policy. We recommend using our work to inform your understanding, structure your own writing, or as a study aid. Always check your institution's specific guidelines.
3. Originality guarantee
Every piece of work is written from scratch by a human mentor. We run all deliveries through plagiarism-detection and AI-detection software and provide you with the report. If we deliver work that fails our originality standard, you're entitled to a full refund.
4. Revisions and refunds
All orders include free unlimited revisions for 14 days after delivery. If you're not satisfied with the work after revisions, our refund policy applies.
5. Confidentiality
We never share your personal information, university name, or assignment details with anyone outside of our mentoring team. Mentors only see your brief - not your identity.
6. Payment
Prices are quoted in USD and inclusive of taxes. Payment is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We never store card details on our servers.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After that, partial refunds depend on how much work has been completed.
8. Limitation of liability
We don't guarantee specific grades - academic outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do guarantee delivery on or before the agreed deadline, originality, and free revisions.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.
